Au pairs normally pay their own return fare to England. The agency will keep you informed about arrival details. We ask you to meet your au pair at the airport or station. If this is impossible, Crown Au Pairs can arrange a taxi to pick up your au pair. Payment should be made by the family for this upon the au pair’s arrival.
When confirming the booking, families must provide us with a letter of invitation which should be sent to the agency with your fee which can be transferred to the bank account of Crown Au Pairs. Account details will be shown on the invoice.
